Register for internet, telephone and TV

You can choose from various IKB internet products. The IKB can provide you with a fibre optic network that is laid directly in your home, ensuring lightning-fast data transfer. If your home does not have an IKB fibre optic connection, you can easily use a fast broadband product via the telephone connection. The IKB also offers mobile Internet products with FiberFlex.

• Date of registration

You can register for IKB internet in the following ways:

• By email: simply fill out the registration form (German only) and send it to kundenservice(at)ikb.at. An employee will contact you and process your internet application.
• In person: at our customer centre at Salurner Straße 11 in Innsbruck
• By phone: Austria-wide on our free customer hotline 0800 500 502, from abroad on +43 512 502 56 39. Please note that the recorded message is only available in German. You can also use our callback service by filling out our contact form.
